The house has been dressed up for nearly a month now. A tall evergreen tree sits in our living room. We trimmed it with gingerbread men and white flashing lights. And on top sits an angel who waits patiently for him.
Our windows are covered with paper snowflakes. We got the apple cider warm on the stove. The fireplace makes a louder noise than it's supposed to. All we've got to do is wait for the sound. All we've got to do is wait for him.
